What ILX Group Required
 
When ILX first came to us their website was in need of a complete overhaul, their logo and brand required an update, and their systems were outmoded. Their order process for online sales was email-based which meant that their backlog was often large and difficult to manage. A customised, user-friendly content management system would therefore be necessary to help handle their website, sales, products, currencies and customers. Being a business with high web turnover, they also required their website to be modernised so that it provided a smooth user experience across all platforms and devices, as well as different countries and currencies. On top of this, ILX sought to fully integrate all their third-party systems, achieving automation of their sales and management processes.

On all of the above, GML was able to deliver what was promised. We created a central point of administration to fully incorporate and manage their third-party systems. We were able to replace the old website, designing and developing a fully functioning, contemporary version with full ecommerce support. In addition, GML's design team totally reconstructed ILX Group’s brand, providing sleek new logos and consistent graphics packages across each of the customer-facing branches of their company.
 
Ever since, GML has continued to support this client in many areas. We offer continual provision and improvements of websites for their services and products, as well as technical support for their online and offline business processes. We are proud, too, of having implemented Live Chat features across their sites, and of our efforts to drive traffic and revenue increases through a package of SEO and PPC advertising services.

ILX Group now utilises a centralised system which is streamlined and easy to manage. Their staff are more able to update and maintain the products displayed across their wide range of brands and services. In addition, their website complies with best design practice, which means the increased numbers driven to the website by our SEO and ad campaigns are able to view it on any device. Web orders are now completed effortlessly though simplified, user-friendly navigation. And ultimately, the ILX Group operation is a more efficient one and they can boast of time saved and revenues increased since partnering with us.
