TEAM Energy’s Need
TEAM Energy is a specialist in recruitment for the oil and gas industry, and needed a website to promote and manage this. Their aim was for a user friendly front end website with a multi office management system for staff.
How GML Are Helping TEAM Energy
Importantly the TEAM Energy website is easy to navigate for the job seeker and the employer. There are six main fields that TEAM Energy recruit in, which makes it easy for the job seeker to search for their area of expertise.
The job seekers can register and log into their section where they can update their details, upload CV's and certificates, and apply for any vacancies that suit them. The registered clients/prospective employers can also log into their section of the TEAM Energy website to view any suitable candidates.
Within the back office system the TEAM staff can approve or reject these candidates as being suitable for the position and approve them to be viewed by the prospective employer. The back office system has a dashboard that alerts the TEAM Energy staff member looking after that area of any updated candidates or applications.
The Result
TEAM Energy have a total recruitment system manageable by their staff from any of their locations.

GML were engaged to produce a recruitment website that could be used easily by our staff, clients and applicants. Simple to use, but with multiple layers of protection ensuring TEAM staff are only able to see/amend/add sectors, clients and applicants assigned to them; George, Nikki and their team delivered a website and back office system that caters for all users that gives the right information (and not too much of it).
